Return & Refund
We offer our customers a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return after receiving your item
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused.
For problematic returns (such as defective items), you can request a replacement or refund with photo proof.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@jewelsspace.com or contact us through our partner PayPal. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If the return is not problematic, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
We recommend that you use a signed postal service to send any returns. Once we receive your return, we will process it as quickly as possible. Refunds will take 14 days from the date the return is processed to be refunded to your original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the requirements of our return policy.
Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, some types of items cannot be returned.
For hygiene reasons, earrings will not be refunded.
